Luke Williams
As Managing Partner for Ineum Consulting UKI, Luke’s main role is the overall growth, development and profitability of the UKI practice. The business has broadened substantially since last July and now goes to market around the five key areas of: finance and performance management, corporate transactions, corporate finance, FSI and Energy & Utilities.
Luke had over 10 years experience of setting up and developing businesses. In doing this, Luke worked on a number of transactions and led post-merger integration activities as both principal and as a consultant. Luke’s career has included time spent as a strategy consultant, in venture capital and in executive management. Luke sector knowledge is in financial services and energy & utilities with a particular focus on energy and commodities trading. Luke’s clients have included: BP, Shell, ENI, ESB and RWE, Endesa, Duke Energy, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Barclays.
Julian Morgan
Is the Lead Partner for Financial Services with Ineum Consulting (UKI) and has over 20 years experience in helping banking and consumer finance firms overcome a wide array of business, regulation and IT challenges.
His consulting career includes senior roles with AT Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton and Capgemini where his clients were leading financial services firms and government finance agencies in the UK, Europe and the USA.
Today Julian and his team are focused on helping banking and consumer finance firms transform their businesses in the wake of massive change. Engagements typically range from improving the customer experience, containing the cost-to-serve, successfully adapting to regulatory changes and managing risks.
Andrew Lentin
With 15 years in accounting, corporate transactions and consultancy, Andrew is the lead Partner for Ineum Corporate Transactions. He has significant experience in providing transactions advice, project and stakeholder management as well as business improvement.
He has worked on many Private equity transactions as well as AIM listings and Class 1 transactions, helping businesses satisfy the requirements of the Listing Rules.
As part of his work, Andrew has assisted management directly with managing the requests of Sponsors, Reporting Accountants and Lenders. He has operated in these areas against a background of several different industries, (including manufacturing, services, healthcare, transport, property and retail). Andrew has experience of acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, as well as carving out activities for disposal and deal closure.
Den Lackner
He is the managing partner for Ineum Corporate Finance. Den has extensive strategy, corporate finance and transaction expertise, having advised on some of the largest and most complex international integrations, separations and carve-outs. Den has worked closely with the Boards and investment committees of large corporates and private equity houses on over 30 acquisition, disposal and portfolio optimisation programmes, focused on delivering superior financial performance through superior strategy, planning and execution.
Den’s sector experience includes integrated travel and tourism, aerospace, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer products. Den holds a D.Phil from Oxford University and is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Rashpal Hullait
Rashpal is lead partner for the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing practice. He has significant experience in managing and delivering complex projects, including setting up in excess of 15 Shared Service Centres for a broad range of clients.
Rashpal has spent several years in various line roles with major multinational businesses and has worked across a broad range of functional areas including Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, Sales and Marketing. Rashpal is a senior executive with Board level experience.
