The social welfare and employment bodies are faced with three major transformation challenges :

• Modernise operating and management procedures : industrialise administrative processing and integrate internal control, develop risk management by expanding use of prevention mechanisms and adopting efficient analysis tools, professionalize the marketing and sales approaches, develop predictive management of jobs and skills, and consolidate managerial skills.
• Strengthen the contribution of the information system to job efficiency : urbanise the information system in order to encourage upgradability, speed up the software package approach, and reduced costs by pooling IT investments (direct collaboration/formation – integration of electronic information management (GIE).
